Our primary responsibility and purpose for existence is to serve our patients and provide convenient access to both Dentists and Hygienists. We must do our best in all areas of the business in order to ensure high quality, ethical service and high customer satisfaction levels. We will strive to provide the highest quality of work possible at an affordable cost to allow for a fair price for our customers. By providing on site service, we will simplify the appointment process, minimize missed and or cancelled appointments and increase the oral health of our patients.

Our secondary responsibility is to ensure the Facilities, business and services we contract with are pleased with the services we are contracted to provide. Open communication regarding our service should be encouraged to all those we contract with. We must at all times look and act professional. By meeting and exceeding the needs and wants of their Residents, Patients, and Employees, they will continue and encourage use of our services.

We must provide a safe, healthy and rewarding work environment to our independent contractors and employees. We must value their opinions and reward dedication, ambition and merit. We have an obligation to respect their dignity and ensure their job stability. Qualified and willing staff and/or contractors should be offered upward mobility within the company as opportunities arise.
